Ok does anyone else hate talking about themselves? Haha.


My names Jess, I’ve spent 30 years on planet earth and I’m an accent-less Welsh gal living in Cardiff.



When I think back to my life from age 18-27 I feel like I spent the majority of the time thinking about food, being self conscious, trying all the diets, doing anything for a quick fix, and just feeling inadequate next to my gorgeous friends (of which I have a lot of seriously beautiful friends, inside and out!)



I wish I could say that I took a magic pill that gave me all the motivation in the world to change my life, but actually it was feeling sheer BOREDOM of obsessing over my weight. Just pure exhaustion. It is no way to live your life.



Anyway, I’m sure if you follow my instagram or if you’ve checked out my blog posts, that can give you more insights into the last 4 years where I feel I’ve completely flipped my lifestyle around to a balanced, healthy and sustainable one (where I still enjoy pizza and chocolate on the reg, my faves!)



Right now, all I want to do is help others do the same. I believe there’s a gap in the market for someone who gives you all the tools you need to go at this healthy lifestyle alone, without constantly needing to hire multiple personal trainers and download multiple apps. (side note: I think personal trainers are amazing for a number of physique goals, muscle building, cardiovascular improvements etc etc) but when it comes to the classic yo-yo dieters (of which a 1/3 of the UK adults are considered ‘overweight’) an hour a week in the gym with a trainer won’t cut it, its the 167 other hours in the week which will set the foundations to achieve whatever goals you may have. 



Food and nutrition is my absolute passion, I really believe you are what you eat, there is so much to know and I believe everyone should have a good understanding of what they’re putting in their body and how different foods effect different functions, how they effect your skin, your mind, your digestion, everything! I’m qualified in Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance, with fat loss being my driver and encouraging long term healthy, balanced and sustainable eating habits (no weird supplements or juice cleanses!).
