This recipe is definitely the one I’ve been tagged in the most of people remaking it😅

Fresh ginger

Mirin seasoning

Ideally you want to cut the steak into really thin strips, coat it in cornflour a few hours before eating it and leave it. It also lets the steak sit at room temp which is ideal for cooking. Then before cooking, I coated it in another tbsp cornflour, added salt and pepper and shallow fried in really hot coconut oil (use whatever oil you fancy but coconut oil is my preference!)
In a bowl I added a chunk of finely chopped ginger, 1 crushed garlic clove, a drizzle of mirin seasoning, about 50ml soy sauce, about a tsp tomato purée and about 20ml of honey to make it like a glaze. Once the beef was really crispy I poured the glaze over and continued to fry it. It pretty much needs to look semi burnt before you glaze it!(🤤🤤🤤)
I topped it with sesame seeds😊
The egg fried rice is literally 1 bag of brown basmati rice in a frying pan with sesame oil, and when it’s pretty much cooked after a couple of minutes add 1 whisked egg, salt and pepper and stir it all around until the egg is dry.
It’s actually so simple and the cooking time was only 10 minutes! Hope it makes sense. I highly recommend giving this one a try!
