A ‘bikini body’ is not a thing

Is there anything worse than the constant stress and pressure to obtain a ‘beach body’? I know so many people will have felt like I used to before a holiday, stressed, buying so many bikinis to try and find one that suited me, going 3 days doing ‘low carb’ and then giving up, spending 40 minutes on the cross trainer the weeks leading up (which would ultimately make no difference)

I remember going to zante with my girl friends in 2010, and a guy saying to me ‘my friend wants to get with you, he likes bigger girls!’ And I was so upset I didn’t go out that night.
I know a lot of people will give advice like ‘set yourself a goal such as a holiday to kick start your health and fitness journey!’ I don’t agree.
As soon as you come back from a holiday the cycle will begin again. Don’t have a ‘goal’ just have a reason to want to change your lifestyle and keep it for life, is my advice.
Then the thought of someone saying to you, shall we book a last minute holiday for next week? HELL YES.
No ‘no carbs before marbs’ and excessive amounts of cardio and stress. Find your why and make it a lifestyle 💕
There is no such thing as a ‘beach body’. Your body is ALWAYS beach ready. And have you noticed once you’re on holiday nobody gives a shit what you look like, most of the time I look like a drowned rat and just don’t even care 😂
