If you fancy crispy, delicious, gluten free & dairy free chicken then TRY THIS!
You need;
1 chicken breast per person, cut into strips
Gluten free flour (I used buckwheat flour) mixed with whatever dry herbs you have - I used oregano, rosemary, paprika, basil, garlic powder, pink salt and pepper
Crushed cornflakes
1 whisked egg
Coat your chicken in the flour mix, the egg and then the cornflakes. Fry in whatever hot oil you want (id recommend choosing an oil which has a high smoke point - I used vegetable, coconut oil and avocado oil are also great!)
