Chinese Lemon Chicken🍋😍



If you fancy a chinese takeaway DEFINITELY try this!

Dabble with these ingredients to get the right sweetness/lemonyness for you!

Ingredients
1 chicken breast per person
Soy sauce
Rice wine vinegar
(Coat your chicken in these 2 before frying - if you want a crispy chicken coat in cornflour as well!)
The sauce;
Roughly 200ml chicken stock
Juice of 3 lemons
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp honey
Dash of soy sauce
salt and pepper
Tbsp Cornflour

Once the chicken (cut into cubes) was cooked through I put the cornflour over the chicken and poured in the sauce. Turn the heat up and let the sauce thicken and reduce. That’s it!
Top with whatever you fancy!
