LOW CARB PANCAKES🥞


These are amazing, high fat and high protein and super delish!
Ingredients (serves 1)
1 egg
40g egg whites
30g coconut yoghurt (I used @coyo_uk)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (I used @myproteinuk vanilla flav drops)
20g protein powder (use whatever you have! I used @tropeaka vegan cookie dough protein)
20g ground almonds
1/2 tsp baking powder

Top with whatever you fancy but I used 1/2 lemon, a tsp stevia and strawbs drizzled in sugar free syrup 🍯

Whisk your eggs, add the yoghurt and vanilla and mix well, and then pretty much just add in all your dry ingredients and mix together. Leave to stand for about 10 mins! Then I used 1 cal coconut oil spray to fry them on the pan☺️
