Sweet potato falafel🍠😍


I’m going to be honest, I didn’t measure the ingredients for this, but you can easily dabble with the quantities to get a good mixture!
Roughly;
150g cooked sweet potato
120g fried chickpeas (fried in coconut oil, pink salt, cinnamon, mixed herbs and paprika)
Tbsp tahini
Ground cumin, ground cinnamon, ground paprika
Drizzle olive oil
Salt and pepper
(I really wanted to add fresh coriander but didn’t have any!)
Roughly blend everything together, the nutribullet didn’t blend very well as it wasn’t wet enough but I kept blending and then stirring it up, it ended up being a chunky mixture which is perfect for falafel! Roll it into balls and bake for about 12 minutes on a lined baking tray. BANGING.
